About me

My journey with natural therapies began in 2010, when I discovered the therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy for supporting health and wellbeing. When I later added reflexology, I was able to care for my family in even more meaningful ways — and soon began helping others ease pain, release stress and tension, and restore balance.

My goal is to help you reduce tension, calm your mind, and restore your body's balance through gentle reflexology techniques and the soothing support of essential oils. Together, we create space for relaxation, healing, and the resilience needed to face daily challenges with greater ease.

Over the years, I’ve witnessed incredible transformations — from improved mobility and comfort to calmer breathing and renewed energy.
