Do the cooler months become a challenge?

One person gets sick…

It trickles down through the household.

The feeling of low energy.

Restless sleep.

The blocked nose and headaches.

And often we’re so busy caring for everyone else that we forget to support ourselves, too.

My Story

Going back to school in 2010 was a no-brainer, I only wished I had gone much earlier. Raising a family is a full-time job; anyone with kids knows how demanding life is.

It's not fun when a family member comes down with a cold or the flu.

As a kid, I recall being away from school quite a bit, suffering from ear, throat and chest infections. Our family doctor's wife back then was into aromatherapy. Now and again, she would give us some blends to try. That was my first introduction to aromatherapy.

I spent a few years learning how to use essential oils effectively and reflexology techniques to help not just my family, but others, too.

I'm a registered aromatherapist and reflexologist and the heart behind Soulful Therapies.

My approach is gentle, practical, and focused on helping people feel calmer, supported, and connected to their well-being.

This workshop was created from my own experience and the simple techniques I now use to help support both myself and my family during winter.
